Specific deliverables, scope and timelines are defined in your individual engagement or proposal, which takes precedence over general descriptions on this site. Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points; your quote is confirmed before work begins.

• A service relationship begins when we both agree a written engagement or proposal.
• Fees, billing frequency and what's included are set out in that engagement. Government, state and third-party fees are billed at cost where applicable.
• Promotional pricing, where offered, is time-limited and subject to the terms stated at the time.

To deliver accurate work, we rely on you to provide complete, truthful and timely information and documents. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for meeting any deadlines we communicate. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

All content, branding, design and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Accountaxpert and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work products we prepare for you under an engagement are governed by that engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accountaxpert is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with the Services is limited as set out in your engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your engagement (or, for general website use, the jurisdiction of the relevant Accountaxpert entity you deal with). Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
